Terra Nova Minerals Receives Approval for Acquisitions in Australia

Calgary-based oil and gas company, Terra Nova Minerals Inc. has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to acquire up to 55% working interests in two onshore petroleum exploration licences in South Australia from Holloman Energy Corporation based in Houston, TX. The two licences are located on the western part of the Cooper Basin in the state of South Australia.
